BRISTOW, Okla. — Two people have been arrested following the execution of a narcotics search warrant Monday morning.
Bristow Police said around 7:30 a.m. on Monday, officers executed a high-priority narcotics search warrant at a home near South Chestnut Street as part of an ongoing investigation into illegal substances being distributed within the community.
“This operation is a testament to our department’s commitment to removing dangerous drugs from our streets and ensuring the safety of our neighborhoods,” said interim Bristow Police Chief Kevin Webster. “We will continue to aggressively pursue those who bring illegal narcotics into the Bristow community.”
Officers found methamphetamine, other various narcotics, and drug paraphernalia during their search. Police identified two people who they then took into custody.
The two people arrested, Randall Mashburn, Sr. and Timmy Bethel, are to be booked into the Creek County Jail on multiple drug-related charges.
Bristow Police said this is an ongoing investigation, and the suspects have not been convicted of any crime.
