TPD responds to stabbing call in midtown Tulsa

TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa Police Department responded to a stabbing call near 41st and Riverside on Monday evening.

The victim’s mother told officers that her son was riding his bike near 3rd and Madison Avenue when he came across some people who were fighting. The victim rode away, but then came back, which was when one of the individuals attacked him.

TPD said the victim rode to 41st and Riverside and called his mother to pick him up. The victim had two stab wounds and went to the hospital, but he has since been released.

Police said there is no suspect information at this time.
