TULSA, Okla. — City of Tulsa offices are set to reopen for in-person services on Tuesday.
The following services will be open Tuesday:
- Tulsa City Hall
- Cashier Windows (currently open)
- Customer Care / 311 (currently taking calls as normal)
- City Clerk (currently open)
- Tulsa Permit Center (currently open)
- Tulsa Municipal Court
- Tulsa Animal Services
- Tulsa Parks
- Community Centers (currently open)
- Oxley Nature Center (currently open)
- Tulsa Zoo (currently open)
- Tulsa Mulch Site
For the city’s inspection services, the city said neighborhood inspections are paused and will pick back up when neighborhood road conditions get better. Emergency gas meter inspections will be conducted, if weather permits.

For anyone who has a court hearing scheduled for Monday, the city said the cases have been moved to Wednesday, Jan. 28.
The city also said many park trails and amenities are covered by snow and ice. If you choose to go to a park, city officials ask that you be cautious and do your best to stay off of freezing creeks and ponds.
Bulky Waste pickup for Tuesday customers is being rescheduled and those affected are being contacted directly.
Standard trash service resumes on Tuesday. Monday customers can place their trash out on Tuesday.
Recycling service will start up again next week. Do not put your recycling out with your trash this week.
The Public Works crews are continuing to treat roads to help prevent any refreezing and creation of black ice.
South Elwood Avenue by Turkey Mountain will be reopened on Tuesday.
The City of Tulsa is also working to combat waterline beaks. The Water & Sewer department is prepared to respond to any breaks.
