OHP shares their final stats on the weekend winter storms; no fatality accidents

OKLAHOMA – Oklahoma Highway Patrol has shared their stats for the winter storm blast that hit our state over the weekend. Their records are from noon, Friday, January 23rd, to 6:00am, Tuesday, January 27th.

They say that troopers worked 52 injury wrecks, 485 motorist assists, and 290 non-injury collisions. The SMART team (Stranded Motorist Assistance and Recovery Teams with the National Guard) also help 32 people.

OHP did not report that they worked any fatality accidents across the state due to the storms.
