TULSA, Okla. — Tulsa-based industrial real estate investment firm TruCore announced it has acquired an industrial property in Florida along the state’s Space Coast.
The 54,080 square-foot, single-tenant property sits on 2.86 acres and is located in North Brevard County at 320 Know McRae Drive in Titusville.
This property was acquired by TruCore in partnership with Thematic Capital Group.
“This acquisition aligns with our strategy of investing in fundamentally strong Class B industrial properties in supply constrained markets,” said Hunt Rose, Partner and Director of Acquisitions at TruCore Industrial.
TruCore is a specialized real estate investment firm that focuses exclusively on Class B industrial properties across 150 top U.S. metropolitan markets.
TruCore identifies, acquires, and manages industrial assets such as warehouse, distribution, manufacturing and industrial outdoor storage properties.
The property acquired in Florida is expected to benefit from its location near Interstate 95, port Canaveral, and the Space Coast Regional Airport. The location is a hub for the community’s growing aerospace industry.
TruCore said the acquisition “reflects TruCore Industrial’s continued focus on acquiring well-located industrial assets in high-growth secondary markets.”
