ARDMORE, Okla. — An Oklahoma man who suffered serious burns in a refinery fire has died.
The family of Jesse Biscamp says he died after the incident at the Valero Ardmore facility last Monday. It was reported Biscamp suffered third-degree burns over his entire body.
Biscamp served as a volunteer coach for the Youth Football Association in Kirbyville.
Four other people also reportedly needed medical attention due to the fire.
