IKEA announces it will be opening a store in Tulsa in 2026

TULSA, Okla. — IKEA announced it will be opening a store in Tulsa in 2026.

The location will be the first IKEA store to open in the state of Oklahoma.

The store is set to be located in the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center and will be about 51,000 square feet. 

Customers will be able to access around 3,000 home furnishings and accessories that can be immediately bought and taken home, in addition to about 200 small furniture items.

IKEA said there will also be multiple associates who will collaborate with customers to bring their home designs to life.

The new store also plans to offer IKEA’s well-known food items, including meatballs, plant balls, hot dogs, cinnamon buns, and more.

In addition to the new Tulsa store, IKEA announced plans to open new locations in Los Angeles, Chicago, and Fort Collins, Colorado.
