CLAREMORE, Okla. — Rogers State University welcomed 47 prospective students to campus on Friday for its Future Educators Day event.
RSU said family members and local high school counselors also attended the event at the university’s Claremore campus.
The annual Future Educators Day event is designed for students interested in teaching careers to visit and learn about teacher education degree options, tour campus, attend education session and meet with faculty and current RSU students.
According to RSU’s Office of Admissions, Friday’s Future Educators Day was the highest-registered in the history of the event.
