TULSA, Okla. — After months of construction, a bridge near 31st and Peoria is back open.
Crews have successfully replaced the bridge over Crow Creek at East 32nd Street. Construction started in November of 2021.
FOX23 spoke with one local business manager who said she enjoyed the slower traffic caused by the construction.
“It’s been a lot louder. The cars go by a lot faster, it was kind of nice when it was closed down, it turned it into a little cul-de-sac, but now it’s a little bit busier road wise,” said Lydia Shuart, a manager at Shades of Brown Coffee & Art.
