Broken Arrow cancels Friday night’s football game due to COVID-19

The team now looks toward next week’s game at Jenks

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Broken Arrow High School says its Friday district opener against Westmoore High School has been canceled.

Athletic Driector Steve Dunn said Westmoore called Monday to say it could not travel to Broken Arrow due to “COVID-related issues.”

It is Broken Arrow’s (2-1) first game affected by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

BA turns its attention to next Friday’s game, a road matchup at Jenks.
