TULSA, Okla. — The City of Tulsa announced two projects that affect traffic will begin on Monday, Nov. 14, 2022.
From Monday evening through early Tuesday morning, a fire hydrant is scheduled to be replaced at 4835 S. Peoria Ave, near East Skelly Drive and South Peoria Avenue.
Lane closures are scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14. During this time, traffic on South Peoria Avenue will be limited to one lane in each direction at 48th Street.
The lane closures will remain until the work is completed.
The City of Tulsa said work hours will be between 7 p.m. on Nov. 14 and 5 a.m. on Nov. 15.
From Monday through Friday, two new stormwater pipes are scheduled to be installed near West 21st Street South and South 57th West Avenue.
During this time, South 57th West Avenue will be closed between West 23rd Street and West 25th Street. Traffic will be detoured to South 59th West Avenue.
The installation is scheduled to be completed by Friday, Nov. 18, weather permitting.
