HOMINY, Okla. — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said two men are dead and a woman is in critical condition after a head-on collision in Osage County Thursday morning.

The deadly collision happened just before 6 a.m. on State Highway 20, east of Wildhorse Road and about seven miles southeast of Hominy, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).

OHP said Cameron Clark, 33, of Vinita was driving a Ford Taurus and traveling westbound on SH-20 when it left the westbound lanes and crossed over into the eastbound lanes. It hit a Honda Odyssey traveling eastbound occupied by Joe Drummond, 73, and Pricilla Drummond, 67, of Hominy.

The Honda Odyssey rolled over, and Clark was pinned for 30 minutes until he was extricated by the Hominy Fire Department. He was taken to a hospital where he died. At this time, it’s unknown if Clark was wearing his seatbelt.

Joe Drummond was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Pricilla Drummond was transported to the hospital in critical condition. Both were wearing their seatbelts.

The cause of the collision is still under investigation.
