Bank of Oklahoma (BOK) is working to resolve a large service provider outage.
BOK released a statement on the outage:
“A large outage covering much of Little Rock, AR has impacted one of our service providers. This outage is impacting a number of our systems, but we are working with the provider to resolve.”
BOK said they will work with clients to remediate any issues when the provider is back on.
The outage is affecting mobile banking and some debit cards.
It is unclear what caused the issue and BOK has not provided an estimate of when it could be fixed.
