Tulsa, Okla. — Neighbors are frustrated after their car windows are shot out. One victim lives near 33rd West Avenue and the Sand Springs Expressway while the other victim lives nearby. The back windows of their Hummers were shot out recently. The victims believe the shooter used a BB gun. Both victims have no idea who would target their vehicles.
