Tulsa, Okla. — Two Tulsa parents are charged with the death of their disabled son.
Lindsey and Victor Trinidad were arrested in 2017 after their son 16-year old Jesus Hibbard died of cerebral palsy.
Investigators say they failed to provide him adequate care.
Lindsey Trinidad was convicted of manslaughter and has received a four year suspended sentence.
Victor Trinidad, convicted of child negligence, was sentenced to a year behind bars with credit for time already served.
