EMSA ambulance stolen Saturday night in Tulsa

Ambulance was found intact

It's one thing to need an ambulance but its another thing altogether to simply want one. Saturday night in Tulsa someone fell into the second category. An ambulance was stolen, read the release from EMSA below. An EMSA ambulance was stolen at approximately 8 p.m. Saturday. There was not a patient on board. The ambulance was on a medical stand by at an event at River Spirit Casino, Tulsa, and was not being used for patient care at the time. The medics were not in the vehicle. The ambulance has been recovered. The vehicle was not damaged and all equipment is accounted for. We are glad that no one was injured in the incident. We are looking into how they gained access to the vehicle.
