TULSA COUNTY, Okla. — Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Casey Roebuck says Andrew Ostrega, 48, was arrested for paying a Tulsa County teen for nude photos.

Ostrega, who lives in Boise, Idaho, was arrested by local police on Friday and extradited to Tulsa County the same day.

Police say the investigation has been occurring since last November.

Roebuck says the mother of a 15-year-old Tulsa County girl reported that her daughter had been victimized by Ostrega. The victim said he reached out to her through social media and offered her money for nude photos and videos.

Police say he went by the name “drunk202020” on Snapchat and “Drew Issme” on Instagram.

Roebuck says Ostrega told the Tulsa County victim he routinely paid girls for nude photos and videos and even sent a screen shot of his Cash App, a mobile payment platform, to prove he was good for the money.

Roebuck says Ostrega approached a social media profile belonging to a detective with the TCSO Child Predator Unit. Roebuck advises parents to monitor their children’s social media accounts frequently, know their passwords and routinely check messages.

Ostrega is now in Tulsa County jail where he faces felony charges of indecent exposure to a child, using technology to engage in sexual communication with a minor and soliciting a minor for indecent exposure.
