JENKS, Okla. — Jenks High School getting national praise once again.
C-Span has named even more students from the school as winners in the annual video documentary contest StudentCam.
That means the C-Span tour bus is rolling back into town.
The bus will be here tomorrow for a 9:30 am assembly at the high school to honor 14 Jenks winners by giving them certificates and oversized prize checks, as well as showing the winning videos.
Second-prize Jenks winners this year were Jonathan Godfrey, Jackson Cropper, Raley Weeks, Michael Thompson and Matthew Murrie.
Third-prize winners from Jenks were Halle Frieden, Grace Mills and Summer DeWeese.
Honorable-mention winners from Jenks were Charlotte Suttee, Anderson Acebo, Max Trost, Justin Blevins, Destiny Sevrinus and Emily Alley.
