Update 3:40 a.m.: PSO is reporting power outages in the following counties: Tulsa 594, Okfuskee 417, Rogers 209, Wagoner 1,377, and Mayes 580.
Update 3:30 a.m.: The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for the following counties until 4:15 a.m.: Muskogee, Okmulgee, and Wagoner.
Update 3:15 a.m.: A flash flood warning continues for: Okfuskee County, Okmulgee County, Muskogee County, Creek County, Tulsa County, Rogers County, and Wagoner County until 5 a.m.

Update 2:48 a.m.: PSO is now reporting a significant change in power outages in Tulsa County with 657 customers without power.
Update 2:33 a.m.: PSO has added additional counties with customers without power. In Tulsa County there are 2,195 customers without power. Additionally: Okfuskee County 417, Wagoner County 2,172, Rogers County 207, Mayes County 579, and Delaware County 283.
Update 2:21 a.m.: Broken Arrow Police report flooded roads at: 1000 S. 23rd, 2000 E. Albany, 600 N. Elm Ave., Houston between 9th and 23rd, and on Dallas at Birch and Cedar.
Update 2:02 a.m.: PSO reports 2,186 customers are without power in Tulsa County, Wagoner County has 2,170, Rogers County 1,062 and Delaware County 265 customers.
Update 1:44 a.m.: National Weather Service says a tornado warning continues in Northeastern Delaware County until 2 a.m.
Update 1:38 a.m.: Donita Quesnel with the Red Cross says they have received no reports for assistance so far.
Update: 1:35 a.m.: KRMG's Rick Couri reports there is no power in Inola. There are also a pair of trailors with damage.
Update 1:32 a.m.: National Weather Service says a possible tornado has touched down in Spavinaw.
Update 1:30 a.m.: PSO is reporting 2,176 customers are without power in Tulsa County. Wagoner County has 2,166, Rogers County has 1,052 and Delaware County has 263 customers without power.
Update 1:23 a.m.: The National Weather Service reports a tornado warning continues for Northeastern Mayes County and Northern Delaware County.
Update: 1:17 a.m.: KRMG's Russell Mills reports severe damage to a house near 131st St. South and 129th East Ave.
Update 1:14 a.m.: Broken Arrow Police reports there is storm damage to doors at Aspen Mini Storage. KRMG's Johm Filbeck says at least three storage units have been damaged.
Update 1:10 a.m.: According to PSO, Tulsa County has 2,079 customers without power. There are also 1,112 customers without power in Wagoner County, 1,051 in Rogers County and 263 in Delaware County.
Update 1:08 a.m.: There are power lines down in Jenks on West M Street.
Update: 1:05 a.m.: The National Weather Service has confirmed one tornado has touched ground. This happened around 12:05 a.m. in the area of Broken Arrow and Bixby.
Update 1 a.m.: PSO is reporting 1,874 customers are without power in Tulsa County. There are also 263 customers without power in Delaware County.
Update 12:55 a.m.: Expect rain to continue in the Tulsa area. The National Weather Service says there could also be hail.
Update 12:54 a.m.: There is still a tornado warning in effect until 1:15 a.m. for Mayes County and Western Delaware County.
Update 12:50 a.m.: The tornado warning has been cancelled.
There is a tornado warning in effect until 12:45 a.m. for Mayes County, Rogers County, Eastern Tulsa County and Northwestern Wagoner County. The National Weather Service says this will effect Catoosa, Verdigris, Inola, Tiawah, Claremore, Chouteau and others.
The National Weather Service has also issued a flash flood warning for Okfuskee County, Okmulgee County, Northeastern Muskogee County, Southern Creek County, Southern Tulsa County, Southeastern Rogers County and Western Wagoner County until 4:30 a.m.
A tornado has touched the ground in Broken Arrow. The National Weather Service says it happened just after Midnight on Thursday.
A second tornado may have touched ground around Coweta.
No word on any injuries because of the tornadoes.
There have been reports of trees down and houses hot by lightning.
Public Service Company of Oklahoma is reporting 1,594 power outages right now in Tulsa County.
