Sun, July 30, 2017 — A couple that drinks together, goes to jail together.
At least, that's what happened to Patrick and Shelly Starkey Friday night in Tulsa County.
An official reports the couple were drinking together at a residence near East 76th Street North and Peoria. During this time, Patrick became angry and allegedly shot the family Bible multiple times in the middle of their living room.
From there, Shelly reportedly went outside and fired into the air and ground in response. No word on if she was aiming at God and the devil.
While being questioned, Patrick admitted he'd had at least 12 beers before shooting the Bible.
Both have been booked into the Tulsa County Jail.
