Police say a man died in an accidental shooting in East Tulsa.
Tulsa Police Officers say they arrived at Terrace Park near 25th and Memorial just before 10 p.m. Thursday.
Police say they found the shooting victim, 23-year-old Dylan Wade, with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
Wade was taken to the hospital and died a short time later.
The suspect told police he was in a vehicle with Wade and was playing with a pistol when he shot Wade in the shoulder.
The suspect is a tribal member.
Detectives will turn this case over to the FBI and federal prosecutors for further investigation.
They will determine whether any charges will be warranted.
