Don Blevins told the News On Six that the victim, "Had a broke leg and a big gash in his left arm and he was bleeding from the mouth and the face. His motorcycle was broke in two."

Traffic was blocked off on 31st for over an hour just before 7 p.m. yesterday while Tulsa Police conducted an investigation of the crash.

Blevins said he moved to the area three months ago, but said it was just a matter of time before something like this happened.

"Hit the big cement pole and broke in half. I thought he might be dead, just the way he was laying and they was getting no response from him from CPR right then."

The rider was not wearing a helmet and died at a hospital.

His name has not been released.
