3 new restaurants coming to south Tulsa

Including popular hamburger chain

Some Tulsa hamburger fanatics are a little giddy today as they're learning that an iconic burger restaurant is about to open here.

No, not In-and-Out Burger.

Not yet, anyway.

No, it's In-and-Out's east coast rival who's first into the Tulsa market.

CBRE, a commercial real estate company, says Five Guys Burgers and Fries has leased space in the Riverside Market where Noodles and More used to be.

Five Guys is based out of Arlington, Virginia, and has more than 1,000 stores in 40 states.

They're known for their double-patty burgers, fresh cut fries, free roasted peanuts and red-checkered decor.

CBRE has also signed leases to put a healthy dining establishment called Muscle Maker Grill in the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center and a Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill in the Village at Woodland Hills.
