Property values, home ownership rates and homes available on the market helped boost Harrah, Oklahoma to the number one spot on Opendoor’s list of ‘hidden gem’ ZIP codes in America.
Harrah is just over 20 miles east of Oklahoma City.
To find the hidden gems, Opendoor said it looked at new home listings and calculated the percentage increase in new listings from January to November 2024 by ZIP code. The publication said ZIP codes needed at least five new listings in both January and November to qualify for the list.
The top 10 ZIP codes were:
1. Harrah, Okla. - 73045
2. Corcoran, Minn. - 55374
3. Avon Park, Fla. - 33825
4. Salem, Utah - 84653
5. Austell, Ga. - 30168
6. Clinton, Tenn. - 37716
7. New Albany, Ohio - 43054
8. Miami, Fla. - 33170
9. Sherrills Ford, N.C. - 28673
10. Wickliffe, Ohio - 44092
Opendoor also made a list of 2024′s Most Popular ZIP codes.
Yukon, OK was number seven on that list.
