SAND SPRINGS, Okla. — Sand Springs Police confirmed a body was found near the Arkansas River by a fisherman off State Highway 97 on Saturday.
Police said that based on the condition of the body, they believe the body had been there for a while.
Detectives are investigating the scene for more information.
