Wagoner, Okla. — A toddler is flown to a Tulsa hospital Tuesday night after nearly drowning in Lake Fort Gibson.
State troopers say the three-year old boy from Wagoner was swimming with family members near Toppers Landing.
His father turned to put bait on a fishing hook and the boy went under water.
The father turned around and started looking for him.
The boy was found just under the surface of the water.
The father started CPR.
We're told the boy was not wearing a life jacket.
