TULSA — A standoff ended with a shooting Friday afternoon.
Police say it started when the suspect took a phone off of a 14-year-old inside of a home.
The suspect came out and made rude gestures to officers, then went back inside.
Police say he then came back out of the home with a woman and was holding a pistol and that’s when officers fired.
The officers have been placed on administrative leave.
No names have been released.
