PRYOR, Okla. — Pryor Creek police say they have a woman and two men in custody after responding to a shooting off Highway 69 on Wednesday.
The shooting happened Wednesday afternoon when a father and his son were shot near the Crystal Clean Car Wash in Pryor.
Pryor Creek detective Justin Allen says they first received a call of an active shooting at the car wash. After arriving on scene he says they found a man and little boy suffering from gun shot wounds.
Police said Richard Neal Hanks and Shawn Faulkner were in an argument before shots were fired.
Hanks and Faulkner were taken to the Mayes County jail on several charges, including shooting with intent to kill.
Pryor police said the child was released from the hospital.
