Tulsa airport lets you pick the music - unless you're outbid

It's the first airport in the world to install the system

At Tulsa International Airport, if you want to change the music that's playing in the overhead speakers, there's an app for that.

TIA becomes the first airport in the world to install the "TouchTunes" jukebox system.

There is a physical jukebox, located in Terminal B, but anyone who wants can download the TouchTunes app.

After entering their credit card information, users can purchase credits for songs (15 credits for five dollars).

Songs cost 1-2 credits, but users can also see what's in queue to play next, and if they want, they can bump their own tunes up on the list for additional credits.

That could mean a bidding war to determine what song plays next -- a potentially lucrative business model for the vendor.

If no one purchases songs, the system plays random popular tunes.

The airport can still control the music if it wants, and will block songs with explicit lyrics.
