According to Williams & Williams Real Estate, the company auctioning off this property, says the house was built in 1981 with upgrades in 2017. Adding to the luxury, marble in several of the rooms was imported from Italy, two custom chandeliers are finished in 25 karat gold and all the curated art will come with the house.

Anyone can bid onsite on April 15 starting at noon or online. The house will be open for inspections March 13 and April 3.
