News of his health was released after he appeared on the red carpet for his latest film “Dune,” BuzzFeed reported.

The Sun was the first to report that Momoa had coronavirus last week, but the actor confirmed it after the events to promote the film.

He had also appeared at the premiere of “No Time To Die” in London last month, accompanied by his children Lola, 14, and Nakoa-Wolf, 12, Access reported.

In an Instagram post, the actor said ”I got hit with COVID right after the premiere. There’s a lot of people I met in England. Got a lot of aloha from people, and who knows.”

He told his followers that he’s “camped out” at his house.

Momoa is currently filming “Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom.”
