Tulsa man convicted of multiple felonies, jury recommends 225 years

TULSA, Okla. — A jury has recommended a sentence of 225 years after a Tulsa man was convicted on multiple counts of robbery, kidnapping, and assault while masked or disguised, according to the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office.

Jerome Hall was found guilty on three counts of robbery, three counts of kidnapping, and three counts of assault while masked or disguised.

An affidavit in case alleges that in 2021, Hall robbed multiple stores across Tulsa at gunpoint. During these robberies, Hall zip tied the victims and would turn off the lights in the stores when he left.

Hall also threatened to shoot several of the victims, according to the affidavit.

The affidavit said Hall would often dress in dark clothing and cover his face.

Documents also claim that stolen merchandise from the stores were found in Hall’s car and home. Clothing matching what was seen on the security footage was also found in Hall’s home.

For the nine charges Hall was found guilty of, the jury recommended a sentence of 25 years each, for a total of 225 years. A judge will later determine if the sentences will run concurrently or consecutively.
