Muskogee, Okla. — Muskogee Police report that the Amber Alert has been canceled. The child has been located and her father Derek Perez has been arrested.
The alert was canceled by the Muskogee Police Department Wednesday at 5:44 a.m.
We’re told Derek, Brenda and Olivia Perez were located at a Rodeway Inn motel in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.
Derek Perez is accused of stabbing his supervisor at McDonalds Tuesday before kidnapping his daughter and her mother.

Muskogee Police have issued an Amber Alert for 2-year-old Olivia Perez.
Her father, 32-year-old Derek Perez, is accused of taking her and her mother Brenda Perez toward Texas from Muskogee Tuesday.
Derek Perez was driving a silver 2006 Chevrolet Malibu with Oklahoma license tag number EMB212.
Derek Perez is suspected of assault with a deadly weapon involving an attack on his employer at a McDonalds in Muskogee.
The manager suffered a stab wound in the abdominal area and was transported to St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee.
The aunt of the child spoke to the child’s mother and she said that Derek would not stop the car and she could not get out.
Family members said Derek has in the past made comments which lead them to believe he may attempt to incite law enforcement to use deadly force.
