The filming of "August: Osage County" in the Bartlesville area has everyone on the lookout for some big time Hollywood actors.

Celebrity sightings have been reported everywhere from Hobby Lobby to the local hospital.

One of the settings for the film has a long history for a Bartlesville family.

The home was in Andy Novak's family for decades until the 1980s.

Both Andy and her daughter spent time there as children.

Novak tells KRMG, "It's just one of those things that you go, hmm. It's unbelievable that there's going to be a movie made in a house that you spent a lot of time in as a child."

Andy's cousins lived in the house in Elgin, Kansas.

"My cousins lived in what they call the Boulanger house. We called it the big house."

She didn't figure out that the movie was being filmed in her cousin's old childhood home until her friend said something right before filming started in September.

"She described it to me and I knew exactly what house it was. And my husband and I drove over after church that Sunday morning."

When they pulled up, the movie crews were buzzing around.

She also took her daughter back to the home.

"We took her there over Labor Day weekend and the road was blocked up. But, I happened to know a back way."

Her great-grandfather's brother built the big home in the 1940s.

The setup was a wonderland for children with a large yard, a creek, and maybe best of all, a wrap-around porch on both stories.

"You could play and roller skate or whatever you wanted to do all the way around the house. It was just very unique and fun."

The beautiful house was an unusual find in Oklahoma, especially the half bath.

"The actual sink was on the other side of this big staircase. The toilet was actually down the hall and in another room."

Andy says she hasn't been back for decades.

"I would love to go see it at some point. I doubt that I will be able to go during filming, but I'd loved to go, maybe afterward to see it."

The movie has a lot of star power Julia Roberts and Meryl Streep. George Clooney is one of the producers.

The movie is based on a play by an Oklahoma writer.

The plot revolves around a family and how they confront a long list of problems.
