Broken Arrow, Okla. — Broken Arrow police have two people in jail after some car break-ins. We're told 26-year old Michelle Carver and 23-year Jacob Isham were caught in the act Saturday after being tracked down near 101st and Aspen. BAPD Officer James Koch said fortunately there was a canine unit on duty that night and they were able to establish a track on the subjects. “They were apprehended about a block and a half later.” Both suspects are accused of conspiracy to commit a felony.
