Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police find the man who broke into a Chinese restaurant shortly after 11 p.m. Tuesday.

We’re told officers found a broken window in the building when they got to the Number One Kitchen, just north of Pine on Lewis.

Officers found 52-year old Ubaldo Blanco not far away.

“The suspect subsequently confessed to breaking into the location,” TPD Sgt. August Terbrock said.

Blanco was arrested for second degree burglary.

He had set off an alarm when he smashed the glass.
