What happens in Vegas usually stays in Vegas, but not for a couple who face charges after allegedly having sex on a Ferris wheel 550 feet above the Las Vegas Strip.

Phillip Frank Panzica III and Chloe Scordianos are accused of having sex during a 30-minute ride inside a glass-enclosed cabin on the High Roller.

Police say there is video of the incident.

Police say surveillance cameras captured the act, and a couple in another car shot cell phone video of the episode.

A judge has set a March 9 date to see whether the charges can be resolved without having to go to trial.

Scordianos’ attorney says his client thought the couple had an expectation of privacy.
