Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police are investigating a copper theft at a PSO substation.

We're told someone cut the fence to get inside the facility at 9500 South Canton Avenue sometime before 3 a.m. Friday.

Police say “quite a bit” of copper was taken.

There were no power outages and no suspects have been arrested.
