Detention officer accused of selling contraband to jail inmates

Tulsa, Okla. — A Tulsa County detention officer is accused of providing contraband to inmates.

The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office says it caught Joseph Francis bringing tobacco into the jail.

We're told he also admitted selling two cell phones to inmates for a thousand dollars.

Francis was arrested Wednesday for conspiracy to commit a felony.
