Tulsa, Okla. — A driver is shot to death near 31st and Highway 169.

Tulsa Police tell us the driver was shot at the intersection, but kept driving until he passed out and crashed into a shallow creek.

A passerby saw the car in the water and called 911 around 2:20 a.m. Friday.

We're told the victim is a black male in his late twenties.

TPD Cpl. Josh Goldstein said, “We don’t have an ID on this victim yet. We have a suspect vehicle but we’re not putting that out to the media yet.”

Shell casings were found on the ground near the southbound Highway 169 on-ramp.
