A man was caught red-handed Friday night breaking into Cain's Ballroom on North Boston Avenue.

Charles Tucker allegedly entered through a window that had been broken out approximately one week ago and was covered by a tarp. A police supervisor reports an alarm went off once he was inside.

“Staff from Cain’s saw Tucker and followed him until officers arrived,” a police supervisor said.

Tucker was taken into custody without further incident.  A motive for entering the building hasn’t been released.

He faces a count of second-degree burglary.  Tucker has been booked into the Tulsa County Jail.
