Police need the public's help with finding the owner of a pot belly pig.

The animal was found strolling around North Tulsa recently, near East Pine and North Sheridan. Residents were still laughing when we asked them about a pig out for a walk.

“We have all kind of strays around here,” one resident said.  “I don’t even know.  Words can’t even describe.”

It's believed the pig could be pregnant. Currently, the animal is safe at a local animal shelter.

"Are you missing a Pig?

Sgt. Eberle, Officers Howse and Brandt found this pig roaming the streets at 1600 north Sheridan. We couldn't locate the owner and after a bit of wrestling they loaded the ole gal up and took her to the pound.

If you're missing your pig, the animal shelter will be open on Tuesday....she'll be pretty easy to pick out from the dogs.
