Tulsa, Okla. — A man runs away when he notices police on patrol.
We're told an officer caught the suspect after a short foot chase near the Ramada Inn at 8200 East Skelly Drive.
The suspect was arrested on outstanding warrants around 12:30 a.m. Monday.
