Justin Goodloe and Allen Barnes stole the pot plants as payment for a drug debt they claim they were owed.
What the two failed to do as they drove away was, hide the evidence.
Goodloe and Barnes were seen driving down the street with their lights off, but that wasn’t what sealed the deal.
The stolen pot plants sticking out the window of their car.
WFLA in Tampa, Florida reports the pair were arrested and charged with manufacturing marijuana, a felony.
Clearwater Police used their Facebook page to quip the car was full of pot, and "not the kind from the home supplies store either."
