This year, there will be eight new rides, several new shows and more food options.
New rides for the daring include Delusion and Pharaohs Fury. For the kids, Crazy Mouse Coaster is new this year.
Fair Manager Amanda Blair told KRMG it will be an exciting midway this year.
“We have a lot of exciting ground shows. The Flippenout Trampoline Show, the Team FMX Bike Show and of course the Perondi’s Stunt Dog Show is always a favorite.” Blair said.
Lots of fairgoers look forward to trying new foods at the fair. There will be plenty of that too.
“We’ve got scorpion pizza this year, deep-fried avocados and Cap’n Crunch Corn Dogs.” Blair added.
Keep in mind there will be no free parking on the fairgrounds after 5 p.m. on weekdays and all day on the weekends.
To ease traffic congestion, fair officials will again offer shuttle service from three Tulsa locations to take you directly to the fair.
The shuttle locations are: The Tulsa Public Schools Service Center, Hale High School and Promenade Mall. KRMG will provide live traffic updates throughout the fair.
