Tulsa, Okla. — Tulsa police have the SWAT Team at the scene of a standoff. A man has been inside a room at the Rest Inn and Suites on Admiral Place and is refusing to communicate with officers outside. We're told police have warrants for his arrest for possessing firearms. The standoff started at 10:49 p.m. Tuesday near 74th East Avenue. Police say to avoid the area until the matter can be resolved.
