Tulsa police are looking for potential witnesses or victims after the arrest of Luther Richardson in Tahlequah Thursday.

According to police, detectives got a tip about a case of Lewd Molestation of a Minor involving Richardson in November.

TPD said Richardson was named as a suspect in a case involving two children living in his east Tulsa apartment complex.

Police said Richardson was charged with four counts of Lewd Molestation of a Minor on Wednesday and will be returned to Tulsa from Tahlequah following his arrest.

We’re told detectives learned of multiple known victims of sex crimes involving Richardson dating back to the 1980s.

TPD said not all cases can be prosecuted due to state statute limitations, but detectives said they think there may be other victims or witnesses who have information that could help with his investigation.
