Tulsa, Okla. — A man TPD considers to be a career criminal is arrested by a downtown police unit called IMPACT. 36-year old Leonard Atkinson was arrested this week for failure to register as a sex offender. Tulsa Police say, “We actually informed some of the security guys downtown, city security guys, that if you see Leonard let us know.” Documents tell us Atkinson has been convicted of crimes dating back to 1999. We're told he is a sex offender with a history of indecent exposure.
