TPD creates video game program for at-risk youth

Tulsa Police Officer Sean Terrell has come up with an idea that will hopefully help build relationships with at-risk youth.

“We like to play video games just like they do,” said Officer Terrell. “I haven’t met a kid that doesn’t like to play video games. And, so the video games are really an opportunity in a way to for us to all sit down together.”

FC Tulsa is teaming up with the Tulsa Police Department for Project eNGAGE.

The first event is Thursday at the Tulsa Dream Center at 3:30pm.

Lieutinant Governor Matt Pinnell is going to speak.

The next event will be held at the Tulsa Hope Academy on March 31st. TPD Chief Wendell Franklin will speak at that event.
