Tulsa police arrest two men suspected of defrauding a homeowner out of $27,000.

Officers spotted a vehicle yesterday parked in a driveway near 1900 South Knoxville.

They recognized the car from a previous home repair fraud complaint.

After consulting with the 79-year old homeowner, police arrested Andy Jack Herrin and Lance Boswell.

The homeowner said he had been paying the suspects for home repairs for two years.
